1. Services Overview

Aesthetic Events offers professional balloon decoration, flower decoration, and event planning services delivered to your doorstep. Whether it’s birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, or festive décor, we tailor our offerings to your vision using high-quality materials and creativity aestheticevents.inaestheticevents.in.

2. Booking & Payments

• Booking: Service bookings are confirmed by us subject to availability.

• Deposit & Payment: A non-refundable deposit may be required. The balance is usually due before or on the event date.

• Payment Methods: Accepted methods may include bank transfer, UPI, or cash. We’ll specify the available options at booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client-Initiated Cancellation: If canceled at least [e.g., 7] days before the event, you may get a partial refund (less deposit). No refunds are issued for cancellations within [e.g., 48 hours] of the event.

• Service Cancellations by Us: Rare cancellations (e.g., due to emergencies) will result in a full refund.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate details (address, event date/time, preferences). Changes made close to the event may incur additional charges and are subject to feasibility.

5. Shipment, Damage, and Returns

• We aim for secure delivery, but you should inspect items upon receipt.

• Report any defects or damages within 24 hours via +91-9289712500 or aestheticevents3@gmail.com.

• Return eligibility is limited to unused items in original condition. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless an error occurred on our end.

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for indirect damages or losses beyond our control (like weather or venue restrictions). We’re only responsible for direct damages from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—designs, text, photos—is owned by Aesthetic Events. You may not use or reproduce our materials without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
